ABOUT US
Raja Serayu was established in 2016 through the Design Dispatch Service (DDS) program initiated by the Ministry of Trade. Driven by concern for batik fabric waste, we developed collaborative products combining discarded batik fabric with natural fibers. Our first product was a blend of bamboo fiber and batik fabric waste, processed into ropes with aesthetic and functional value.

Estimated Production and Delivery Time
- Custom / White Label Orders (Full Order)
Estimated production and delivery: ±90 working days after design, specifications, and packaging approval. (Timeline may vary depending on selected fiber material.) - Batch Orders / Batch Production
Estimated delivery: 14–21 working days per batch, depending on production capacity and order quantity. - Ready Stock / Raja Serayu Brand
Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days after down payment confirmation. - Branding & Customization
Raja Serayu provides Raja Serayu-branded products, custom branding, private-label products, and design development tailored to buyer and market needs. All custom specifications are produced based on mutual agreement.
Payment Terms
- Down Payment:
50% of the order value is paid upon order confirmation or upon signing the production cooperation agreement. Final Payment:
The remaining 50% is paid either before the shipment process or after the goods are ready for shipment, as agreed by both parties.
After-Sales Service
- Replacement for manufacturing defects
- Product adjustments according to the agreement
- Open communication for product issue handling
Note: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of product receipt, along with supporting documentation. Terms and conditions apply according to the cooperation agreement.
